Did you know that the human body has 143 different joints? Acting as

sit and walk. Joints are designed to hold bones close together while still

One portion of the joint is called the "articular cartilage," which forms
a cap at the end of the bones. This cartilage absorbs shock while allowing

A. Chondroitin sulfate is made naturally in the body from simple
sugars and sulfate through a process called biosynthesis. Because your
body already creates this nutrient, we chose to supply other beneficial
ingredients -- such as Boswellia, nettle leaf, bromelain, manganese and
calcium -- that your body does not generate.
Q. Why does Osteo•Essentials contain glucosamine HCI instead of
glucosamine sulfate?
A. All of the glucosamine salts are effective. Yet, because of
the manufacturing process, glucosamine sulfate contains only 63 percent
glucosamine while the form in our product contains 83 percent of this
beneficial nutrient.
